The Hall of Honor project was developed as a way to further recognize Lincoln Society members for their generous support of Washburn University by including them in an exciting and inspirational tribute to philanthropy at Washburn. This new project, the Hall of Honor, was unveiled during Homecoming Weekend on Friday, October 16, 2009.

The Hall of Honor exhibit is designed to thank, honor and memorialize Washburn donors and celebrate the impact of philanthropy on the history and future of Washburn. It is located in Washburn University’s Memorial Union, in the Washburn Room lobby. The design features PowerPoint presentations on wall-mounted plasma screens, an interactive kiosk allowing visitors to search for profiles and photos of past and present Lincoln Society members, as well as wall-mounted photographs of people and events throughout Washburn’s history.
